Freshly baked in house. Sliced and served with your choice of regular or vegan butter.
Crispy brussels sprouts tossed in a ponzu marinade, drizzled with a sriracha aioli, and topped with sesame seeds and green onion.

Small Plates
Savory thyme waffles with crispy seasoned tofu, finished with a spicy maple syrup and side of Buffalo sauce.
Marinated mushrooms, sweet peppers and onions, grilled and glazed with a Gochujang barbeque sauce, served with a side of kimchee.
The perfect sharing plate: A Russian style antipasti dish with house baked black rye bread,
seasonal pickles, garlic beet salad, house made kraut, and “poor man’s” caviar:
a sweet, smokey, and peppery eggplant and tomato spread.
Personal pie topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, Roma tomato “pepperoni”, and fresh basil on our house made dough.

Chilled whole wheat Udon noodles tossed in our sesame peanut sauce with grilled marinated tempeh.
Topped with blanched broccoli florets, red bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, purple cabbage, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Fried eggplant glazed and broiled with a sweet miso sauce.
Garnished with pickled daikon, pickled onions, sesame seeds, and scallions.

East: An Asian style taco with crispy fried cauliflower, tossed in a Hoisin glaze,
topped with purple cabbage, shredded carrots, sesame seeds, and drizzled with spicy mayo.
West: A crispy fried buffalo cauliflower taco, topped with purple cabbage, carrots, scallions, and finished with chipotle ranch.
Each taco is served on a local Molina corn tortilla and served a la carte.

Sauteed seasonal vegetables with local mushrooms in a mild coconut milk based curry sauce. Served over coconut rice with crispy fried tofu, and a lentil papadam.
Your choice of marinated and grilled organic Tofu or Tempeh over Basmati rice, black beans, and steamed seasonal veggies, with our addictive sesame ginger sauce.

Our version of a shepherd’s pie. Rich mushroom ragout layered with creamed peas and carrots, topped with parsnip-potato mash and crispy fried parsnips. Served with a side salad.
Scrambled local eggs with scratch-made biscuit and vegan gravy, topped with pickled jalepenos shiitake bacon, and avocado. Breakfast for Brunch, lunch, or dinner!
